HOSTEL
The YMCA Hostel offers socially disadvantaged people, in particular young people a room for a period of time. Graf-Adolf-Straße 102 has the following categories of rooms:

For men and women (5th floor): |

| 9 single rooms 16-21 m² (with ensuite showers and WCs and communal kitchen)

€ 450 per month |
| On the male floors (6th and 7th floor): |
|
| 1 single room 20 m² (with shared showers/WCs and communal kitchen) |
€ 340 per month |
| 7 single rooms 15-18 m² (with shared showers/WCs and communal kitchen) |
€ 300 per month |
| 5 single rooms 10-12 m² (with shared showers/WCs and communal kitchen) |
€ 270 per month |
| 4 single rooms under 10 m² (with shared showers/WCs and communal kitchen) |
€ 250-260 per month |

The minimum period of rent is one month and there is 14 days notice to end the contract. The price is made up of the rent for the room and extra costs like electricity, heating, warm water, furniture and bed linen, the weekly cleaning and the communal rooms (kitchen). It is also possible to partake of the breakfast buffet until
10am
at a special price for hostel guests of € 5.50 per person per breakfast.
We offer accommodation for a fixed period of time and our volunteer workers would be pleased to visit you. However we do not have the capacity to offer therapeutic facilities or professional social work.
